I must admit I'm in need of serious pushing-up and this book has actually tipped the scale. I like the way it's written (the "normal guy" tone does offer certain motivation by itself), how it explains things that may be taken for granted but are not. And the layout is user-friendly, which makes everything so much easier (and leaves little room for excuses for not starting to push that body up a bit). We have a saying here- my hat off to you! Excellent work, all of you!
