Push-ups
by Ilkka on Dec.04, 2009, under Bolognese tradition
Sometimes real life gets in the way of life for real, to quote Fabrice Cognot, and this has been the case with me for the last week or so. I have been busy working on the layout (yes, I am a graphic designer, and am available for work
) of Guy Windsor’s latest book.
Why is this relevant? Firstly, because by buying the book you will also support my work, but more importantly because the book is about push-ups, and therefore related to all martial arts.
The book includes a nice selection of various push-up exercises and variations that should inspire everyone to practice – as push-ups are never just pushups.
Well, see for yourself. The content is available for free download, so you can see if you like it before you invest the fair amount of 12 dollars on the book.
By the way, you can still get the book as a Christmas present for yourself or those around to whom you think a couple of push-ups would do good. While at it, why not get a few marozzo.com t-shirts as well.

Excellent work, all of you!
I must admit I’m in need of serious pushing-up and this book has actually tipped the scale.
I like the way it’s written (the “normal guy” tone does offer certain motivation by itself), how it explains things that may be taken for granted but are not.
And the layout is user-friendly, which makes everything so much easier (and leaves little room for excuses for not starting to push that body up a bit).
We have a saying here- my hat off to you!
